Collect Document From CustomerWe will come to customer place for collecting documents. Currently we accept document like newspaper and books. The customer will pack, bundle or seal the documents according to the requirements from us.

Preparation Of DocumentsThe documents will be checks to ensure that they are in good conditions and suitable for microfilming.

Document Ready For MicrofilmingAll documents will be indexed before microfilming started. Confirmations from both parties are required to avoid conflict of missing documents.

Processing Microfilm In The Dark RoomAfter filming done, the films that consist of images need to be process immediately by using chemical developer and fixer.

Check Quality Of 16/35mm Roll MicrofilmInspection routine will be performs frame by frame to determine whether all images have been met the standard. Our quality controls used standard microfilming equipments such as microscope & densitometer a tool to check sharpness and density of images.

Made Duplicate Copy 16/35mm Roll MicrofilmIt is good not to use the master silver roll microfilm for retrieval, but to use a duplicate roll microfilm as a user copy.

Master copy is kept in fire resistent cabinet in cold room Duplicate copy used as working copy to make searching and make prints

Returned All Document To CustomersWe will send back to customer all documents inclusive the documents in microfilm format.
